Aizentoq (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.

2. Information We Collect

• Email address: When you sign up for our waitlist or create an account.
• Etsy shop data: When you connect your Etsy shop, we access your shop data through Etsy's official API using read-only permissions. This includes sales data, order information, product listings, and shop statistics.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited and features used.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our analytics service
• To generate insights and reports based on your Etsy shop data
• To send you product updates and important notifications
• To improve our service and develop new features
• To communicate with you about your account

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit. We request only read-only access to your Etsy shop data and never store your Etsy login credentials.

5. Etsy API Access & OAuth Scopes

We connect to your Etsy shop through Etsy's official OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. During authorization, we request the following read-only scopes:

• transactions_r: To read your sales and order data
• listings_r: To read your product listings and statistics
• shops_r: To read your shop profile and settings
• profile_r: To read basic account information

We never request write permissions. We cannot modify your listings, process orders, or make any changes to your Etsy shop.

Your Etsy shop data is refreshed approximately every 6-24 hours in accordance with Etsy API rate limits and caching guidelines. We cache data locally to provide a responsive dashboard experience while minimizing API calls.

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate with Etsy's API to access your shop data. Your use of Etsy is governed by Etsy's own privacy policy.

We NEVER sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or Etsy shop data to third parties.

7. Disconnecting Your Shop

You can disconnect your Etsy shop from Aizentoq at any time through your account settings or by revoking access in your Etsy account's connected apps page. When you disconnect, we immediately stop accessing your Etsy data via the API. You may also request deletion of all previously collected data by contacting us.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove all your personal data and Etsy shop data within 30 days.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Export your data in a portable format
