1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aizentoq (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aizentoq is a third-party analytics platform that connects to your Etsy shop via Etsy's official API to provide sales analytics, expense tracking, customer insights, and other business intelligence tools. Aizentoq is currently offered as a free, non-commercial beta service limited to approximately 50 users.

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Aizentoq is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Etsy, Inc.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and connect your Etsy shop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Etsy API Usage

Our Service accesses your Etsy shop data through Etsy's official API with read-only permissions. By connecting your shop, you authorize us to retrieve and process your shop data for the purpose of providing analytics and insights. We comply with Etsy's API Terms of Use at all times.

5. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You must not attempt to access other users' data
• You must not reverse engineer or interfere with the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Aizentoq and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your Etsy shop data remains your property at all times.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aizentoq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Beta Program Terms

Aizentoq is currently offered as a free, non-commercial beta program. By participating in the beta:

• You acknowledge that the Service is in beta and provided “as is”
• Beta access is free of charge and limited to approximately 50 users
• All features are available to beta testers at no cost
• Features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice
• There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) during the beta period
• We may end the beta program at any time with reasonable notice

If and when Aizentoq transitions to a commercial service, beta testers will be notified in advance and will not be charged without explicit consent.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
